We were the <span id="highlight" class="highlight-text" style="color:#ff471b;" fs-test-element="highlight-element">creators </span> first

Debuts is a launch virality agency built by people who already had the audiences. We have been posting in this space since 2023, which is why the network answers when we call and why the content sounds like the creator who wrote it.

‍

In the last month the network took a lab from a 1,500-follower account to 40M views and $100 million in revenue in seven days, a legal startup from 600 followers to 8.6 times Harvey's biggest launch, and a healthtech founder with 2,300 followers past OpenAI's own healthcare launch. 200M+ views delivered across client launches.

The thesis

A large share of your buyers pay for a feed with no advertisements in it. That has changed how B2B software gets discovered at a structural level, and most companies have not adjusted to it.

A VP of Engineering evaluating tooling does not read trade press with any regularity, does not click display ads, and has no patience for a nurture sequence. What they have is a timeline and roughly two hundred accounts they chose deliberately. Your launch appears in that feed or it does not reach them.

The only remaining route in is the creators those people already follow. That is the entire company.

Most agencies are production first and distribution second. They make the asset, then ask where it should go. We work the other way round: who carries it is decided before anyone writes a word, because the best film in the category is worth nothing in a feed nobody scrolls.

Which is also the standard we hold ourselves to. Virality without conversion is a screenshot. When Codos launched the first virtual Chief AI Officer through the network, the founder's account of it two weeks later was many VCs and many, many customers, we are overwhelmed.

How a launch runs

Stage
When
What happens
01 · Map
Day 1
We surface creators whose audience overlaps your ICP. You get a shortlist before anything goes live, so you see the type of founders, engineers and creators carrying the launch.
02 · Brief
Days 1 to 2
Each creator gets a custom brief, different hooks, framing, and formats. No copy-paste.
03 · Drop
Launch day, usually 3 to 5 days after signing
Creators post inside the same window. Quote chains and replies fire in sequence to spike engagement velocity.
04 · Manage
Launch day and the 48 hours after
We work the surface, replies, follow-ons, and the conversation as it develops.
05 · Extend
The first week
Second and third waves carry the tail past the natural first-day decay.
06 · Report
Within 72 hours of launch
Post-launch report inside 48–72 hours. Impressions, engagements, top creators, conversion attribution where we can pull it.

How we work

What takes years to copy

Three things: the data, the network and the reach. The directory measures more than 1,800 launches, so every plan starts from what launches like yours did. Every launch adds relationships and results to the network, so the next one is matched better.

And we can put a launch in front of the people who decide inside one window, three to ten days after signing. Why that counts as a moat.

Median, not followers

Every creator is vetted on median post performance, audience overlap with your buyer profile, and engagement authenticity. Follower count is the least predictive number available and averages are distorted by a single outlier.

Creators write the post

We are creators ourselves. We send context and an angle. The creator writes the post.

Identical posts across five accounts are identified as a paid campaign within seconds, and audiences punish it.

Your account stays yours

Tone and legal exposure belong in-house, so the founder's voice stays the founder's. We run the network around the launch. The founder is one carrier inside it.

Category exclusivity

Creators in your launch are restricted from working with direct competitors inside a defined window around your drop.

A limited number of launches

We take a select number each quarter so every one gets the amplification it needs. This is a real constraint rather than scarcity marketing. running a window properly does not scale infinitely.

Who we have launched for

AI companies, technology companies, and consumer brands with a tech-forward audience. We have launched for Higgsfield, TyeSafe AI (Jev), Glean, Odyssey, Tavus and a long list of early-stage startups, some of which we have invested in. The companies are valued between $355M and $60B and backed by Sequoia, Andreessen Horowitz, Kleiner Perkins, Khosla Ventures, Lightspeed, Accel, General Catalyst, NEA, NVIDIA, and SoftBank.

The last month

  • TypeSafe AI out of stealth from 1,500 followers: 40M views, 150,000 signups in a day, $100 million in revenue in seven days per Sequoia, and a $7.5 billion valuation 24 days after the launch per Bloomberg. Bigger than every OpenAI launch of the year except GPT-6 Astra.
  • Tavus Griffin from 11,500 followers: 21.1M views, 5,634 quote posts, 30,000 organic posts across the timeline on launch day.
  • Nolla Health, the first AI prescription, from 2,300 followers: 2.5M views, more than OpenAI's own healthcare launch did from 5.4 million.
  • Arceus out of stealth from 600 followers: 2.1M views, 8.6 times Harvey's biggest launch of the year.
  • Bolt Forge: 2.2M views, Bolt's most viewed post of the year, 6.2M impressions on the account in launch week.
  • Codos from 1,800 followers: 1.6M views, the biggest a16z speedrun launch of its week. The founder's read two weeks later: "many VCs and many, many customers."

If your buyers are on X in the AI and tech conversation, we are a fit.

Who runs it

Debuts led by Orestas Nariunas, CEO and Co-founder, spent years as a venture investor in early-stage AI, software and deep tech before building Debuts, and writes to 150,000+ followers on X. The team have been creators on X since 2023 and now amplify through a network of more than 50 million combined followers producing over a billion views a month.

How it started, from automation videos on TikTok to the Higgsfield launch: we were the creators first.

We publish what we know rather than keeping it proprietary, the guides cover the same playbooks we run for clients, including how the X algorithm actually works and how to announce a funding round.

Common questions

What does Debuts do?

We run a vetted network of X creators so that product drops, funding announcements, and founder moments reach the operators and investors who actually buy, rather than disappearing into a publication those buyers do not read.

How is this different from an influencer agency?

We are creators ourselves. We send context and an angle, the creator writes the post, and creators are vetted on median performance rather than follower count.

Before the launch you get a shortlist, so you see the type of founders, engineers and creators carrying it. How we compare with the other X marketing agencies for tech launches.

What results should we expect?

We guarantee nothing. It is arithmetic: creators engaged times median reach sets the floor, and the algorithm sets the ceiling. The 67 launches from Debuts clients in the directory have a median of 1.3M views; 41 passed a million and 8 passed ten million, and the largest did 40M.
