Privacy policy
Last updated: 23 April 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data debuts (“debuts”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use debuts.io or engage our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the site or contacting us you agree to this policy.
2. Data we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the site and deliver our services: (a) contact information you submit when you book a call or email us — your name, email, company, website, and whatever context you share; (b) campaign information exchanged during an engagement — launch details, product assets, brand guidelines, and creator approvals; (c) anonymous usage data — aggregated page views, device, country, and referrer via Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individuals.
3. How we use it
We use your data to (a) respond to inquiries and schedule calls; (b) deliver the services you engage us for, including coordinating creators and tracking campaign performance via UTM-tagged links; (c) invoice, take payment, and keep financial records; (d) understand how the site performs so we can improve it. We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train third-party AI models.
4. Tools and subprocessors
We rely on a short list of vendors to operate. Each has its own privacy practices and we only share the data needed for them to do their job: Vercel (site hosting, analytics); Calendly (scheduling book-a-call meetings); Google Workspace (email, calendar, documents); a payments processor stated on your invoice; and the LinkedIn and X platforms for campaign execution and performance data. We may add or change vendors over time as our stack evolves.
5. Cookies
debuts.io does not set marketing or advertising cookies. Our analytics tooling does not use cookies. Embedded third-party pages you land on from our site (for example Calendly) may set their own cookies, governed by their policies.
6. Creator data
We maintain a private roster of creators with contact, audience, and past-performance information needed to match them to campaigns. Creator information is treated as confidential and shared with clients only to the extent needed for approvals.
7. Retention
We retain inquiry data as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up window. We retain engagement records and campaign data for the duration of the service agreement plus a standard archival period for tax, accounting, and audit purposes — typically 7 years. You can request earlier deletion at any time, subject to legal holds.
8. Security
We use reputable hosted tooling, enforce strong access controls within our team, and restrict access on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of an incident affecting your data we will notify you without undue delay.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Write to hello@debuts.io and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
10. International transfers
debuts is based in the EU. Some of our vendors (for example Vercel and Google) are headquartered in the United States. Personal data may be transferred and processed in those jurisdictions, subject to the safeguards those vendors provide (for example, standard contractual clauses).
11. Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
13. Contact
